Good Food Day Challenge -
If you've stayed on track all day and have been 100% good (i.e. had all your healthy extras, not gone over your syns and had plenty of fruit and veggies) then sign in with the official SlimmingWorld Club smilie.

At the end of the week, whoever has the most 'GFD smilies' will be awarded the 'GFD Challenge Winner Banner' in their profile.

5-A-Day Challenge -
Eat five or more free fruits and veggies a day and at the end of each week we'lll add up who ate the most and you'll get to have the title in your profile for a week.

The Great Stair Challenge -
See how many times you can go up and down the stairs in 5 minutes, post your score and see if you're the best!
Do SomethingNew Challenge -
How about you try to do a little bit of Body Magic that you wouldn't normally do during the week?
Walk to the shops instead of taking the car, do some extra cleaning, use the stairs instead of the lift...just try something different and let us know what you did
